About the club
CLUBUL SPORTIV DE SKIBOARD is a sports organisation based in Bistrița, at the foot of the mountains of northern Romania. The club's identity is tied to skiboarding and to winter sports practised responsibly.
Overview
The club aims to support skiboard sport and mountain activities in a safe, welcoming setting. The photographs on this website come directly from the club and show real activity: days on the slopes, children in numbered bibs, mountain hikes.
Bistrița and its mountains
Bistrița lies close to the Bârgău, Rodna and Călimani mountains — a region of generous winters and spectacular trails. This geography makes the club's bond with snow and mountains a natural one.
Sport and personal development
We believe sport builds character: discipline, self-confidence, teamwork and the courage to overcome fear. For children and young people, the mountain is also a school of patience.
Safety first
We promote helmets and protective gear, respect for slope rules and proper preparation before any trip to the mountains.
