What we collect

Through the contact form: your name, email address, optionally your telephone number, the subject and content of your message. The form prepares a message in your email app; the data reaches the club only if you choose to send that email.

The website does not use analytics or marketing tools.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used solely to reply to your inquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR) and, where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to entering into an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to reply to your inquiry and handle any follow-up, then delete it, unless the law requires otherwise.

Recipients

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Emails are processed by the email provider used by the club.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact the club using the details above.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

Minors

Inquiries about the participation of minors should be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
